The mission of Westpark Equity Group is to educate our clients on the most efficient use of banking instruments, eliminate all of our client's debt as quickly as possible, reposition their non-performing assets into tax-free retirement income for the rest of their lives, and build an estate they can pass onto their heirs.
Corporate Leadership
Scott Clift, our managing broker, has experience helping people with their real estate and mortgage needs since 2001, and his personal business has come 100% completely from referrals since 2003. In 2007, Mr. Clift created Westpark Equity Group in that referral-only model. He has hired only those people to join our team who have chosen to educate and help people with their financial needs as their long-term career. He has hand-selected each person based on their honesty, integrity, and passion to work hard and satisfy our customers’ needs.
Corporate Relationships
Although Westpark Equity Group is not a mortgage broker in the traditional sense, we do help many of our clients obtain mortgages when it accelerates their mortgage pay off date and reduce mortgage interest. As a mortgage brokerage, Westpark Equity Group does not lend money directly; we are not a bank. However, as a broker, we do represent more than 150 different lenders, including all of the major lenders in the United States. We obtain financing for our clients at wholesale and correspondent rates, and pass the savings along. Regardless of which bank our clients are considering, Westpark Equity Group can probably beat that bank with their own rate because we are working with their wholesale or correspondent divisions.
Although Westpark Equity Group is not an insurance agent in the traditional sense, we do help many of our clients obtain life insurance as a solution to assit them with repositioning their non-performing assets into tax-free retirement income for the rest of their lives, and building an estate they can pass onto their heirs. As an insurance agent, we have relationships with several of the world's largest insurance companies, and we bring the most cutting-edge investment-grade insurance products to our clients. Regardless of our clients' current insurance position, we can probably reconfigure their coverage into more cash value than any other insurance agent n the country.
